As the operational and logistical resource for Medallion Signature Guarantee Program participants, Transfer Agents, and other Securities processing firms, Kemark has been at the forefront of the Medallion Signature Guarantee process for over twenty five years.

 

Kemark Financial Services, Inc. (KFS) also serves as the Administrator of the MSP (Medallion Signature Program). The MSP Program is a Signature Guarantee Program open only to members of the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. (NYSE).
